ARBITRATION

When it is determined that a real estate dispute has reached an impasse toward settlement, other options must be considered. Arbitration may be a settlement alternative available in such a case. Arbitration is a process by which one or more individuals are selected to settle a dispute outside of court. Typically, Arbitration is binding upon the parties and the decision is final; however, the rules of the particular case will govern the process. This is typically referred to as Binding Arbitration. The process of Arbitration can reduce the pressure of the parties to inject personal feelings, since the decision is no longer in the hands of the property owners but in the hands of professionals.
