Martitia Mortimer has an extensive background in the appraisal and evaluation of residential real estate. She is in charge of the company’s Quality Control department and supervises product review. She further serves as the company’s chief residential appraiser and is in charge of the firm’s 2,000 appraisers. Ms. Mortimer has a BS degree from King College, is a state certified residential real estate appraiser and holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. She has a background in insurance and real estate sales and holds state licenses in these fields. Ms. Mortimer also serves as Executive Vice President of the company, serves on its board of directors and is a shareholder. She has been employed by the organization for 25 years.
