Charlie Elliott founded ELLIOTT® & Company Appraisers in
1980 and has been its chief executive officer since that time. He is a
stockholder of the firm and serves as chairman of its board of directors. He has
presided over the growth of the firm and has guided it into an organization that
routinely services all 50 states of the United States, has international
clientele and performs services internationally. Mr. Elliott has a Master’s
degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. He is a
state certified general real estate appraiser with the MAI and SRA designations
from the Appraisal Institute and the ASA designation from the American Society
of Appraisers. In addition to his management role, Mr. Elliott also acts as a
consultant in providing service to clients on complex assignments and serves as
an expert witness in real estate valuation in court litigation. |

Martitia Mortimer is a shareholder of ELLIOTT® & Company
Appraisers and serves on its board of directors. She has been associated with
the organization since 1986 and a partner since 1988. She is in charge of the
company’s Quality Control department and supervises product review. She further
serves as the company’s chief residential appraiser and is in charge of the
firm’s 2,000 appraisers. Ms. Mortimer has a B.S. degree from King College. She
is a state certified residential real estate appraiser, and holds the SRA
designation from the Appraisal Institute. Ms. Mortimer has a background in
insurance and real estate sales and also holds state licenses in these fields. |

Carlyle Holt serves as Vice President and General Manager of
the firm, which has approximately 2,000 clients. Mr. Holt is a state licensed
mortgage broker, a state licensed real estate broker, and a graduate of North
Carolina State University with a B.S. degree in Economics. In addition to
having been employed by the firm since 2006, he has an extensive background in
mortgage loans, property and casualty insurance, and commercial and
residential construction restoration. Mr. Holt’s experiences qualify him to deal
with many of the needs of our clients, relating to mortgage loan underwriting,
insurance replacement cost and new construction appraisals. |

Scott Riggsbee operates as the company's Client Services Director.
Mr. Riggsbee served in the United States Navy prior to earning his Real
Estate Broker License, starting his career in commercial and residential
real estate sales and establishing a successful web marketing company.
Since joining the firm in 2012, he has proven to be an integral part of
the company through his focus and dedication in developing meaningful
and efficient solutions to some of our clients most complex evaluation
needs. His unique ability to research, target and analyze data and
details quickly allows him to professionally address any evaluation
request.
