Storage equipment can come in many different types and
sizes. Some of the most commonly used Storage equipment is for the bulk storage
of commodities such as oil or grain. Buildings used for Storage are more
commonly referred to as warehouses and are not usually referred to as
equipment. Some Storage equipment may be used inside warehouses. Storage
equipment may be considered either real or personal property, depending upon
how it is constructed and whether it is permanently affixed to the ground.

Small and relatively portable Storage equipment such as a
fuel tank may be considered personal property and should be appraised at market
value. Alternatively a large farm tank constructed on site and permanently
attached to the ground is real property and should be appraised as part of the
real estate. We appraise Storage equipment anywhere in the United States.
