What Information We Collect
We collect and use information we believe is necessary to provide our clients with our vendor management services. We may collect and maintain several types of personal information needed for this purpose, such as:

  • Information we receive on emails, orders, applications, letters of engagement, forms found on our website, correspondence, or conversations, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, federal ID numbers, the income and expenses associated with a property the sales contract of a property and other related data.

When We Disclose Information
Except as described below, we do not share nonpublic information. We will not rent, sell, trade, or otherwise release personal information except to facilitate a standard business transaction. We will not disclose consumer information to any third party for use in telemarketing, direct mail or other marketing purposes.

We limit the sharing of nonpublic information about our clients, our clients' clients, and our vendors affiliated with us, and other third parties to the following:

  • We may share information when it is necessary to complete a transaction;
  • We may share information when it is required such as to protect you against fraud or in response to a subpoena;
  • We may disclose some or all of the information described above with agencies of the federal, state and local governments as required by law.

Security
We take precautions to protect all information whether it is physical or electronic. All physical information is secured in our offices under lock and key. All electronic information is secured by our secure servers.

We consider privacy to be fundamental to our relationship with clients and vendors. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of their information. Internal policies have been developed to protect confidentiality, while allowing client and vendor needs to be served.

We restrict access to information to authorized individuals who need to know this information to provide the service and products we provide. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with industry standards to protect nonpublic information.

We do not permit use of consumer/customer information for any other purpose nor do we permit third parties to rent, sell, trade, or otherwise release or disclose information to any other party.
