Museum Appraisals

The appraisal of Museums is a specialty that requires expertise, separate and aside from that of typical commercial buildings. These buildings are seldom sold or leased. There is less market data to support the appraisal of Museums than other properties. Museums have large expansive open spaces with few partition walls included in their floor plan. They receive much traffic and are typically built of superior materials to that of many commercial buildings. These differences require the appraiser to have experience in appraising Museums and/or properties with similar qualities.

ELLIOTT® offers appraisal services throughout the United States and stands ready to appraise Museums in each of the fifty states.
